Homemade Shisha?

I've seen a few video's on youtube about homemade shisha.. but it never gets the smoke normal shisha gets.. would anyone know how to make pretty good homemade shisha?

any help/tips would be lovely :]

Yes the search button is useful, but if you don't want to answer the question, then telling someone to use the search function isnt any more helpfull.

I've tried making my own...my problem was that I used Nicotina Rustica, a strong Native American tobacco. It did not take the flavor.

its all up to you, I made my molasses touch every piece of tobacco in the blending process, followed by a guestamate of the right amount of glycerine...you'll have to find out flavoring with extracts on your own because my flavors didn't take.


btw, I'm sorry to those who I promised samples to, but my friend threw away my homemade shisha before I got home to it(was up at school and it was at his place)
I will be reproducing in the next year with my roommate

the search was mentioned because there are a few threads with some different methods on them as far as i can tell. didnt need any fixing.

My advice - Don't waste your time.

I can't tell you how many people have tried and ALL have failed. I know it's easy to take the "how hard can it be?" mentality, but trust me... it can be VERY hard. Look around. Most of the American companies making hookah tobacco start with a pre-sweetened tobacco base from Jordan then add flavors. Even with that it still takes them months and months just to figure those out.

Sorry to be such a downer, here. If you decide to go ahead with it let us know how it turns out.
