I live in southwest Texas and look forward to October every year, it's Monarch season! Well, for about three days. They're here right now, I ran out and shot a bunch of photos today. So, anyway, if Monarch migration interests you here are the first of the 2010 Monarch photos from my area.

I think they travel to Mexico, what a miracle, so fragile, so beautiful and they migrate 1000's of miles. Sometimes you have to bow your head in the silence of thanksgiving for the miracles of beauty we are privy to see.
