K so the US is doning a $60 billions deal with the Saudi's. New F 15's, 84 of them, refit old F15's Apache helicopters, special ops helicopters, etc Plus there is talk about a $30 billion deal for the Saudi navy. The Saudi navy???? More fish oil on the dhows? All this cause the Saudi's live in a bad neighborhhood. Worries over Iran. of course, threat to the oil life line. No problems from the Israeli's either cause we get to sell and give them even better equipment then the Saudi's get. F 35 joint strike fighters. Oh yeah and a new anti missile for the Emirates. Its going to save thousands of defense jobs from layoff. How could anyone be the least bit interested in Mideast peace with so much money being made and all these new guns to shoot. One commentator even said that israel needs to up its nuclear arsenal so it has second strike capabilities. Mutually assured destruction.
