Just a question though, i live in Alberta Canada, and i did choose the usps express shipping. It is suppose to be 3-5 days shipping, does this mean that i will get it within 3-5 days or is it going to be at the border in 3-5 days. Any Canadians who have ordered with express? How long does it take to actually be at my house, and with the 2 premium tabacco that hookah-shisha gives, which i think are 50gs each, will there will customs and duties tax? Catalyst Paintball Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 If you are ordering from the US with Express shipping, then it will reach anywhere inside the US within 3-5 days.So, yes, it will reach the border in 3-5 days, then it will go through customs, and make it to you within due time.Hope and pray that H-S knows how to ship to Canada... If you declare a monetary value on the package, YOU will have to pay taxes/fees when it arrives to your house. Or at least thats how it is when I ship things to customers in Canada. It seems that regular US mail gets to me faster than Express Fedex packages. Customs tend to let alot of those items through faster. Good luck with ur hookah, tell us how it is once you get it. GQ_Playboy Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 Hey i live in Toronto and i just bought a nemesis hookah from HH.com ground shipping. it was supposed to take 5-7 business days, but i got it within 4 (being delievered tonight). This is after it got stopped at customs AND inspected... AND apparently the customs officers called HH.com to find out what shisha was lol!. So no you are not looking at about a month.... I would say a week tops... depending on when your site ships it. Don't forget packages move on saturdays also b/c its still considered a business day in their industry, so i think it'll be here faster than you think. Hope this help! Cheers! To answer your question it probably would be only a day faster for me b/c i live in Toronto, but since yours is an express package it will arrive at least a day earlier than normal ground shipping. Honestly the ONLY thing that could possibly hold up your package is customs but even that i doubt will play any difference. Customs held mine only for a few hours and apparently did a through inspection...
