Portable / Car Hookah

Recommended Posts

smoking a hookah in a car is like asking to get pulled over. cops can be ignorant, and they might think you are distracted or smoking NHT stuff in it. they never know for sure.

im sure rani or saph will be in here to say that they think it is a very dumb idea, and i kinda agree with them. plus why smoke in the car when you can just have a regular hookah to smoke when you get to whatever place you are traveling to.

In Los Angeles where "distracted driving" (not just cell phones but anything) will soon cost a minimum of $300 fine.

[i]Smoking a hookah is something you do to relax. That's not what you want to be doing when behind the wheel, particularly if you smoke something with a noticable buzz.

This. There is a reason why I try to only smoke before bed. S

Not something I'd like to explain to an officer of the local constabulary

I think the whole idea of smoking it in the car is interesting. Its not any more distracting then smoking a cigarette. The difference is hookah is more pleasurable to smoke. Either way to smoke both you need the window somewhat open. My friend bought one and drives around with it all the time. It has a cover so the coal doesn't fall. Also, he took a free birth right trip to Israel and took it with him. He said with all those daily hikes he carried it around on the strap smoking it and watched how the others looked at him with envy lol

my roommate and i built our own homemade car hookah and smoked it several times using quicklites. i personally enjoyed smoking a bowl or two on a long road trip. if u do it make sure you make something that will keep the coals on the bowl n not on the floorboard when braking lol

I did some research I don't understand why people are so against smoking it in a car or on the go. There are Hookahs available where there is no way to drop the coal so its pretty safe.

I've run this through before and I'm pretty vocal about it, but here we go, one more time for the learning disabled.

If I'm in the car you hit, write your future off before you even open the door, because I will sue you and everything you have now and a substantial part of your future earnings are going to go to me because any jury is going to give me every dime I asked for plus some for your stupidity in having a lit hookah in your car. Doesn't matter if you were "really" at fault or not. The cop who investigates will back me as the poor victim of your distracted driving, and the jury will award maximum penalty, plus you get to listen to the judge tell you what a complete jackass you were.

Still think it's worth the "coolness"???????

Why can't people just drive their car. When you are flying down a road in a 1-2 ton gasoline bomb on wheels the last thing you should be doing is anything but driving.
Don't eat, groom, smoke or talk/text on your cellphone. If not for your own safety then for mine and everyone else you come in contact with.
