Aluminum Foil Wind Cover

Has anyone else made wind covers out of aluminum foil? ( I did a quick forum search and didn't find anything.)

I found it necessary to start a good Nakhla bowl since their shisha loves heat. Another handy part of making it out of aluminum foil is that the hole on the top can be variable size (by how much you pinch off) to prevent too much heat from being kept in and then take it off when the bowl is nice and started. Also a good practice is to not let the coal touch the foil of the wind cover.

I assume there won't be any criticisms about threats of causing Alzheimer's since most hookah users use a foil screen, but if you do have good information as to why I shouldn't use this, it would be nice to know.

Also obviously you can just buy a wind cover, but this was cheaper for me and I already had the foil there. If there's interest in this or people just can't visualize it i'll include pictures or a step-by-step how-to.

I do this. Take a bunch of foil, fold it several times, then make a wide tube out of it, and done
