Nammor Ramses Iii Vs. Km Tall Trimetal

Recommended Posts

They'll both smoke the same, so ultimately it's up to what you find more aesthetically pleasing. Personally I'd choose the Nammor Rameses III simply for the fact it's shorter, and will be much easier to clean than the other one.

Ramses III. My personal favorite hookah.

It's a 29' pipe, and it's difficult to clean as is. Getting that KM into a sink and finding a brush for it would be a huge pain.

Another plus is that it comes with a washable hose.

I could clean it in a tub or something though right?

personally i would go with ramses III... be able to clean with out having to wash it in ur bath tub...and the ramses will not be as top heavy like mush said...one little pull and that km could come crashing down so easily. but thats just what i think..they both look nice

I say go for the KM Tall. It'll be epic at parties.

Haha! That it would be. That's a good selling point on its own! Portability isn't a strongpoint for any of these, and that's not a concern of mine.

Yeah you do, the problem is I don't think they'll have a brush that's long enough :P

dang, the tall one is damn cool, but id be afraid everytime someone pulled too hard on the hose or walked by. :)

That's true. Though the group I smoke with is pretty calm and we take our time enjoying the session so I'm not too worried about that.

I don't smoke very much (~2 times a month), so I give my hookah a good cleaning after every session (usually 2-3 bowls). And I wouldn't mind the extra cleaning time for these beauties.
It's going to be a tough decision! That's for sure...

The brush needs to be at least half as long, so you can scrub the top to the middle, flip the hookah around and scrub from the bottom to the middle. :)

I would go with the Ramses. I just got one. I need to wash it and set it up and give it ago, but all the nammors I have tried are great. I have never liked anything very much over 34" i think is my limit. Get's into stability issues with a super low center of gravity. If you were considering a KM they have one they call the Original Trimetal http://www.hookah-sh...ose-hookah.html But we all know better. But that's an apple to apple comparison. There's a Medium KM Trimetal, also.

Personally between the 2 you picked... Nammor. Compared to the Smaller trimetal, Still nammor. They will smoke on par with each other, major difference is one has brand recognition and the other does not.

Any of the KM or nammors will probably suit you well, they all have similar structure... However, I find some of the nammor models (such as the cleopatra) to be much more attractive than some of the other KMs. Since your eye seems to be on something trimetal, I would look at all of the hookahs made by Nammor, Khalil Mamoon or Temsah (I'm pretty sure hookahcompany.com only sells these.. Their trimetals are ust as flashy, but have some problems compared to the other two. If you want a brass hookah though, this is definently the way to go in terms of egyptians.)

Here are a couple of tri metals that always caught my eye:

^^^^^^If you really want to isually indulge and price is no object, (150) the quadmetals are mighty purdy in my opinion.

Keep in mind, as said, at this point in quality and selection, 95% of the egyptian pipes will all smoke really well, and all the same. It's up to you now to factor in cost, visuals, possible accident scenarios, cleaning, etc. These are just some of my personal eye candies.

H-S are price and shipping gougers. IMHO Get a KM from a differnet vendor. Nammor is a rebranded KM. H-S will get in your pockets big time. I'd look into BANNED VENDOR, George at Hookahcompany, John at Hookahjohn or even Mark at hookahset for a hookup. My experience is Hookah-Shisha is geared for full retail and you will pay full boat on price and especially shipping.(I've never paid more for shipping from any other vendor of anything) Nice website though.
