Getting Sick...Need Some Help

Ok so when ever i get sick i always get a sore throat. I have tried gargling salt water, sore throat losenges (spell?) and sore throat spray. any good rememdies for you guys cause im really tired of getting a sore throat

Around this time of year I get a sore throat alot too. A humidifier in your room can help out alot. You can one for cheap from WalMart for under 30 bucks.

may want to check if you have Tonsillitis, having sore throats often is not good. Go see a doctor, ease up on the smoking, get a humidifier and gargle saltwater.

there is this candy...ricola...for cough...its freaking awesome...asides from that it might be a bacterial infection and might need anti biotics

I completely agree. Humidifier. Bought one last year when this happened and I have been using it this year. And I have been using it regularly this year and Highly recommend it!

air-born is the brand name but walgreens has a version called wal-born.it wont make your throat feel better but it will shorten how long it lasts
