Hookah Origin?

Recommended Posts

I have an antique Hookah question. I have no Idea of its origins or value. Could somebody please direct me to somebody that has knowledge of this type of hookah? It stands about 5 feet tall. It also has four candle holders that attach too it that are not pictured. The hose itself is made out of leather and wraped with silk. The legs and some engraving resemble fish. The stem that goes from the bowl to the water is wood and separated into three pieces. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would have to agree with Hassouni. Indian definitely, and looks to be more than the tourist brass hookahs made for the hippie trade in the 70's, this one looks like it has tales to tell. Have you tried to smoke it yet?
