mustafabey
Wanted to post a pic or two for Chris and whoever of the Bohemian base I ordered from the guy on eBay Chris turned me on to. It appears to be genuine with a bohemian crystal little label. Blue color is in the glass not some coating as I,ve seen before. Looks nice on my 40" KM three tier ice . Also broke down and ordered an alien phunnel from Hookah John, just might start smoking Tang

mitchard
Great vases. I have three of that same vase in different colors. I wish they were clear and didnt have the frost though. They would look much nicer. Definitely genuine Bohos though.

Travis
Looks awesome! Just out of curiosity, did he pack it with the newspaper like he normally does, Or did he actually pack it safely this time? A member from another forum received a boho from him that was in a hundred pieces.

It was just the box and the tissue paper that I assume it was originally wrapped in when the factory sent it out. No padding at all. I am amazed more of us didnt end up with busted vases. mustafabey
Ah,newspaper in a shoe box. But well wrapped with newspaper, anyway its in one piece. its amazing what these Bohemians can do with crystal. Mya saray has a cut crystal vase that is very expensive but quite elegant and beautiful. Egyptian and Chinese,of which i have a few are cheap, paint come off, vase color is some kind of coating, plastic or something. It all begins to detach when in the presence of water. Still i really love the supposed Qajar vases that show up on eBay,usually at very high prices.I'm not sure some of these are reproductions due to the uniformity of design.Always the same Qajar Shah. I did see one of cobalt blue glass, cut and painted with gold. One of these days someone will throw a Qajar vase on ebay at an affordable price.
