[font="arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif"][size="2"]I use an Imco G77: a cheap and effective refillable pipe lighter. It's also acceptable for cigars, incense, candles, and charcoal. The angled top is what makes it a pipe lighter.

I use my gas stove, it's faster and easier for me. My hand tends to cramp up holding a QL in tongs over a lighter.

I use a single coil portable burner for all of my coals. I'm too lazy to sit there with a lighter and tongs, or tongs and a heating element of some sort.

I use a magnifying glass and the power of solar energy to heat all my coals. More natural and leaves no foul taste. Lighters are for noobs

i have a nice cheep butane torch i got at a smoke shop for like $15 i think. it took a while to find one that didn't have a safety that you could light with one hand.

The few times I've used QLs, I used a regular Mapco lighter from the gas station next door.

I was using a torch refillable then when it died I pick up my refillable ed hardy lighter but recently I have been using the long tipped aim and flames like for candle and grill lighting.

Whatever I have around on the RARE occasion I use a quick lite.

I use a hotplate to light my coals. Its almost impossible to find a coil burner in the uk. I know a coil burner would be way better to use lighting my naturals but a flat hotplate does work, just takes longer and requres more coal flipping.
