Winter Is Killing Me

OMG... I can't stand it when winter comes around. It's so dark, cold, and depressing. ... Anyway, enough whining, What do you guys do (other than smoke hookah) to erase cabin fever or that tired. heavy feeling that occurs during the winter months?

I go to the hookah lounge or watch TV/movies. Sometimes I play my xbox 360or PS3, I just got Plants vs Zombies and it seems addictive.

I do this, but all I do lately is go to work, and come home (during the week days)

This is what I do on the weekend.

I enjoy the weekends, but maybe the work week + winter has taken its toll on me. I work the graveyard shift, so it's dark when I go to bed, and dark when I wake up. That could be why I'm going crazy. We haven't even received a lot of snow this winter (as of yet) and I'm still having a hard time. I even look forward to the little bit of snow we get so I can shovel it. I don't know what else to do. I think I'm loosing my mind every year and it gets worse and worse. Edited December 29, 2010 by thatonethere

Usually I surf, read a good book in the backyard and work on my tan, or go for a bike ride in my shorts. Lately things have been kinda cold though, but then I put on pants and a t-shirt and was just perfect. Life in socal.

Yeah, well this week you're being put on. This is a very cold winter. Even in Los Angeles we're looking at mid-50's during the day dipping down to 40 at night. Yes, I know that's not exactly terrible compared to what the east coast is going through, but for us, it's bone chilling. It's cold enough just about everywhere this winter to bring back visions of "Day After Tomorrow" and make you wonder if Gore isn't on the right track.

ummm, no thanks. One of these days I've got to get to SoCal where its warm, and I don't have to worry about freezing. But then again, it's really expensive to live there, and the traffic is horrible in California. I've been to San Fran and I could barely survive there due to the high prices.

i simply go outside and do whatever i want down here in sunny south florida
