I have ordered 3 times from elmas-originale.de Everytime Great service, Top notch all around. 10/10

Sevgi dealt with my order very quickly and efficiently.

I was able to talk to her husband over the phone and he was such a great guy even though could only speak broken english.

These guys got my order in about 1 weeks time and was packaged really well.

I recommend anyone who wants a Elmas waterpipe to really add some rarity to there collection, buy from these folks!

I hear great things about there tobacco too

I made my order on the 14th (weekend) and my package was sent out on the 17th (Monday).

I got my package on the 22nd (Saturday), it was quick and stress free, I would deffo order again from them.

Btw. the package was a bit beat up and there was a big hole on the side of the package. With that said, my order was complete no missing parts/bits. I blame the delivery people.
