CKJazz
The title pretty much says it all. There is a very slight leak on my new KM halzone, on the underside of the tray holder. The leak isn't big enough that it will really make a noticeable difference when smoking, but I don't want any leaks at all. From the looks of it, the issue is just poor welding. What is the best way to go about fixing it, if possible?
Matto
If it's on a spot weld you should be able to get some JB weld or similar product at a hardware store and use it to patch up the weld.
NUBBS
I swear by 5 minute epoxy. And it dries clear.

rj_skillz
JB weld should do the job buddy.

Chreees
As Mush said, return it if you can. If not, however, JB Weld worked great for me on fixing a leak on a KM I owned a while back.

mushrat
where did you get it from?
CKJazz
I got it from HookahJohn. I don't really want to return it due to the hassle, the size of the leak (I really had to blow hard through the pipe to find it), and if its an easy fix there is no reason not to. CKJazz
Turns out its not a leaking weld, but there is actually a crack in the stem that is about half an inch long... Guess I will be looking into getting a new one.
IainUM
dude, call john. im sure if the crack is not your fault he will replace it. no point in replacing a new hookah

CKJazz
Well after exchanging a few emails I gave him a call and he had me check the ports themselves and just the down stem for leaks, there were none so we figured it should smoke fine. We talked about how a exchange would work out, but in the end he gave me the option to send it back for a different one, or some store credit ($30) because I received hookah that wasn't "perfect". I took the credit rather dealing with shipping and the hassle it would cause. He responded to my first email within minutes and his offer was very generous IMO, and his main concern was my satisfaction.
