That was the best one yet. I was pining to get some new shisha, but I had no idea id be stuck with such a surprise. It drew my surprise, but luckily drew no blood from the needle.

on a serious note i would say get a blood test!! bacteria wold grow pretty well in the tobacco if it contains honey and any viral pathogens can live for a fair bit of time without dieing. Egypt does have a problem with Hep C (over 10% of the population are HCV positive) due to massive cock up 20 years ago (i think) with immunizations. Don't mean to make you worry but its always better to get things checked know cause most infection these days can be sorted if treated early.
