kcK
Before I start, if you are reading this and you don't have an account.. What are you waiting for? There are so many nice helpful people in the chats we have available, you'd be a fool to not make an account [ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE DISCOUNTS YOU GET IF YOU BECOME A PREMIUM MEMBER!!!!] /sales-pitch Anyways, yeah so what's up with some Glass-On-Glass hookahs? I'm looking for maybe a SMALLER sized GoG hookah, and I've seen a few tall worked ones running anywhere from $300 to $450... I wouldn't mind having a GoG hookah, with some worked color-sections. Especially a nice affordable one [When I say this I mean, as far as NH went back when I used NHT, it was more of a personal thing... And I didn't mind spending $400 on an NH, because... Well... It wasn't something to be used in more of a party setting. But with a Hookah, it'll be passed a bit more frequently, so maybe a more budget friendly Hookah would be in order.] But then again, it is GoG.. And FUCK do I love GoG. Feel free to make suggestions, or even a nice alternative to GoG that you think would suit my needs [Keeping in mind that I would like it to be small... And if you wish to suggest something like a Mya QT or a Bambino or something to that effect.. List some other stuff... Like... I don't know... A nice Hose/Bowl? If you couldn't tell, I'm more of a purist in a sense that I like things to be either SUPER clean looking [IE: Glass] or vivid color work [Not hating on the Middle Eastern color schemes, but the dull colors aren't so eye popping... I like things to be flashy when I spend money on them ;-)] Quote Very Fucking Related: "Thank you for selecting us to process your income tax refund. Coleman
Ok so your best choice would probably be the Crown hookahs imperial hookahs. Everyone has nothing but good things to say about santino's products. also H-S.com has a glass hookah but its frosted instead of clear. If you could afford it a meduse pipe may work they are fairly odd looking to though. but that is all i have for you hope it helps
Rani
Pure glass hookahs are indeed gorgeous. They trigger, at least in me, an instant demanding desire to own one, but I never will. Because I personally would always, always be waiting for it to break. It's bad enough when we lose one of our favorite vases. Tears have been shed over the cracked bohemian, the dropped etched crystal, even the glass vortex bowls. A fully glass hookah? Asking for disappointment. Because of that, personally I'd go with the best KM stem I could afford on a bohemian vase. Yes, I'm a major KM fan, no I don't think other brands are crap, and the reason KM's work so well is because they have wider shafts. Any decent manufacturer could duplicate the same conditions and I'd be just as happy. But KM's are already there, and they do have the persona of being the "ultimate" hookah. Despite my love of my KM's I still debate that statement, but hey, it's another "designer jeans" issue, I guess. Having said that........... I would contact one of the better vendors directly. Hookah John, Hookah Company, Nazar Hookahs are all pretty hands on if you contact them directly instead of a generic order through the websites.. In California you can actually visit the Hookah Company warehouse and put together your ultimate set up. John and Nazar are both noted for being smaller in company size, which allows them even better customer service. They would literally build your perfect hookah from the ground up. Personally that's the way I'd go. But then I live maybe 30 minutes from John and under 2 hours from Hookah Company so I might be just a little bit, ahem, prejudiced. thehelios
The only two I can think of are Crown Hookahs (really expensive) and then Meduse Designs (down payment on car expensive). Either way, they both are gorgeous.
kcK
I'm leaning towards getting a Crown Hookah in the future with my new job. But that'll be a personal use only, which is truly a shame. I'll get a nice KM or a Mya for the sake of a gathering of people. It's just too easy for someone to pull the hose a little too much, and watch the whole thing shatter.
squidget
the glass hookah on h-s.com isn't very good. I've been reading some reviews and they have not been favorable. crown hookah is the way to go imo, I too plan to get a glass hookah with tax refund and I'm patiently waiting Santino's new designs. There was another GoG i was looking at here: http://www.fumodesign.com/ I almost bought one too but the reviews have been mixed and I don't want to take the chance on something for not to be a sure thing. If you really want to swing for the fences meduse is apparently the shiznat. I hear nothing but good things but I'm just not ready to put that much on a hookah. rahl071
Santino was saying the new imperials would be a lot less expensive-under 300 for even the big ones, I believe.
kcK
I was reading a ton of horrible reviews on the Meduse's... From people complaining about the bowl, to just the overal drag of the whole system. Besides, I can have a buddy blow me a hookah for under $500, and be happy with a custom piece, rather than paying $3000 for a premade monstrosity that has negative reviews. BUT, I'm probably gonna go with one of Santino's. :-)

wpw36
Personally I would avoid the Fumo, the looks of them are well to say the least sketchy. It really looks To NHish it just really puts me off alot. If anything I would definitely go with santino's
rahl071
If you think fumos look NHTish, look at the new crowns. they look bad-ass, but there would definitely be some questions if you smoked in public.
Sunriserection
I had a couple cheepies that broke during my many moves over te last coupla years. But I found that th saharas, how ever inexpensive, taste about that same as one far more expensive.
Fumo1
Sketchy, NTH, you guys break my heart We are a just a different design element thats all. I'm into art deco and bauhaus type design. That what the genesis of our look. I respect everyones opinion but we are in no way associated with anything but hookah. Just needed to get this NTH notion off my chest. Fumo1
Ok, perhaps your right. I will consider it in that light. Just want to make sure people don't get the wrong idea about us. Thanks!
