The octagon one is alright, but overall I'm not too impressed. Plus I heard Mya has their boho glass made in Romania now, not the Czech Republic; it is of lesser quality.

Pretty much this. The first one is just not appealing at all to me.

Well, surely "made elsewhere" doesn't have to mean "poor quality"?

my romania boho isn't even close to as good as my czech boho...

fortunately, for me though, i'm not too particular on the specifics...if you're not a stickler, the romanians are sufficient...

Dear Adam
I saw a note on the hookah forum that you are saying all bohemian glass are made in Czech Republic. I want to let you know that your question was about the Bohemian CRYSTAL not glass. All Crystal are made in Czech Republic all Bohemian glass are made in Romania but all the material are imported from Czech Republic to Romania.

I just wanted to make you aware that the comment you put on the forum is not correct.

Sorry about any confusion caused by my misunderstanding.

I owned a Mya boho that was painted on the inside rather than being colored glass. Nice vase looks wise, but not the nicest finish. Thats for sure. I havent seen another vase like it, so I think its probably one of the newer Romanian ones.

No, I recently sold it to someone on here. But here are some pics. It actually said Mya Bohemian on it. I want to say it might have originally been a decanter or something. There was a slightly lighter part in the frost where a sticker may have been at one time, but there were nothing about where it was made without the sticker present so who knows.
