Extra Mint
i wanted to open a shisha bar in london legally and wanted to know the best place to get advise so i came here, what are the exact requirements to setup, as indoor smoking is banned. i wanted to take the front wall down of my shop and wanted to know if it will qualify me for selling shisha. is there some requirement that you have to have a certain amount open. also what sort of licences are required here, you will need a licence to sell tobacco probably. i guess there are ways around this, such as hiding AF in herbal flavour boxes, also if you do it illegaly indoors what are the fines and penalties? Chreees
While we do not advocate illegal activities here, I will tell you this... Patelbadboy is who you'll want to talk to on here. He runs a lounge in London. Maybe he'll chime in.

Hassouni
He has his set up as a private members club, not open to the public. Under those rules you can do just about anything Of course all the places on Edgware Road have large terraces, sometimes heated...
ukhookah
There's alounge where I live who have a camera lock system on the door. They have a balcony all being a small one but good enough to be legit. Shishas are supposed to only be smoked on balcony. If an search happens, people are asked to move onto the balcony and the search begins and no fine given. I have witnessed one myself. And everything is above board.
