ukhookah
I tried lucid orange soda. I was hoping to get lovley flavour, but I found to taste a very rich strong tobacco taste with it. I even acclimated it, stired it, packed it tight did everything. Heat managment was tricky. But even after getting it to smoke ok, I found the strong tobacco taste too much and couldn't really handdle the tickle with. It just wasn't for me I guess

snugz13
I see other people saying lucid peach ice tea is really good. Im smoking some right now, while it is delicious I don't think it is THAT good of a flavor. I definitely think static starlight is better. To me peach ice tea smells like those little gummy peach O shaped candy things. It is a good flavor however I don't think it is one of my top flavors. Aren't the lucid flavors supposed to be exactly the same as noir except for using washed tobacco?

[/quote] no. it's suspected that the nicotine does something to the flavoring. whether it's enhancing it, making it robust, or....something. think of the tobacco as an unseasoned dish. the nicotine kinda acts like salt where it makes the flavors pop. however, just like in some dishes, adding salt would ruin a dish. so having nicotine interact with some flavors produces negative results. that's one of the reasons why some flavors don't appear in noir, but are available in lucid. It did grow on me more into the session, but still wasn't crazy about it. Going to give it another whirl today probably.
