Rani
I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. I'm not thrilled with warner Bros., or CBS right now. I don't know if you've ever watched Two and a Half Men, but it's pretty obvious that the Charlie Harper character is pretty much based on Charlie Sheen's life and exploits. And yeah, his life got a bit messy lately. But does that give them the right to dump him after they've made billions off him? I'm thinking Charlie Sheen is living life pretty much on his own terms and frankly I admire him being able to do so. He's one of the few people in this country still actually having a good time. With the religious ultra conservative movement taking over everywhere you look, sobriety is starting to look less and less inviting by the day. And his life is looking better and better. IainUM
on the other hand, they could have contracts that stipulate the rights to terminate his involvement in the show based on public image problems, such as the ones going on now. i am sure the company is just trying to protect their own image. they could lose a lot of funding or public support by keeping him on their show
Cp44
yea I'm pretty upset that he got fired but he's enjoying life i guess. He's the main reason i watch Two and a half Men and its shame how everything turned out. Same crap happened to Robert Downey Jr. and few other actors which people forgot about. Good thing is that US fans are forgiving fans and hopefully later on, Charlie Sheen will get better and have another show.

GoldenFingerBl4ster99
I'm really not that worried about Charlie Sheen at all. The only thing that pisses me off is the amount of time our media wastes covering this whole story when there are much more important things going on in the world. Majid
He's nailing pornstars and partying in ways most people don't have the balls, means or even the pure ambition to do. Just the drugs is a problem.. hope he doesn't OD or lose (more) grip on day to day life, other than that i raise my glass to this wild bastard! Enjoying yourself is not a sin in my book.
I'm not "worried" about him at all. It's pretty obvious he can take care of himself. I'm tired of the ultra conservative movement that's turning us all into pablum. Don't have a good time. Don't enjoy your life. Don't party and certainly don't get laid. Hedonism needs to come back into fashion damn it. Because he's one of the few people left actually having a blast with life. We are EXACTLY following in the path of previous empires. Everybody is doing well, lot's of freedom, lot's of indulgence, and then the freakin' puritans take over and before you know it, end of empire. We need to celebrate those people living creatively, and full out. Not stifle them. Without that wild side, there would be no Picasso, no Mozart, no Hemmingway, or Lord Byron, and so on. Pablum, I'm telling you, we're all being pressured into becoming tasteless good for your arteries pablum. 'Rani
liquidglass
While I agree that Sheen is enjoying his life and however he wants to is fine as long as it doesn't violate the rights of others (cite: constitution) However, I completely side with Warner Bros and CBS. They put him on leave and then he held out to demand $3million rather than the $2million per episode he was making. It's simple business to fire him. If he was acting normally and not degrading his image with crazy rantings then he'd have a better chance. That's like saying that you can work for a corporation, go out and do NHT and drink (his choice so no worries) let that impede your performance at work.....then demand a 50% raise or you quit. mustafabey
The Middle East is going thru dramatic change,Qaddafi is wasting his own people, the economy is fucked, the rich are stealing everyones money and etc, so we get a large dose of Charlie Sheen in the media to keep our minds off reality. When he is either gone or sober, they'll find another one. Lindsay looks better to me, but she's not done yet either. If any of us pulled the crap that Charlie and Lindsay did they'd lock us up and throw the key away. Probably more than anything they need our prayers.
After his latest "activities" I'm pretty sure he's happy enough. The local PD and FBI raided his house the other night. So he moved the dinning room table out into the courtyard, had a few friends over and had dinner out with bottles of wine, etc., just chilling while the cops were digging around in his garden, through the house, and so on. All on the TV news. And never found a thing. Meanwhile he's feet up on the table and relaxing. Like him or hate him, you gotta admit, the man do have style!
