[/quote] The only reason I mentioned I wonder if they are staying open is because Hampton Roads VA (the seven cities) are very quick to shut down a business for the first illegal issue. They are quick to pull your business. So yes if it was made illegal on Wed and on Thursday there was a seizure of it by the police, there is a chance of their business being shut down.
