Reread our rules, I know that it is mandatory to read them when signing up, but apparently you did not or you missed something. We do not tolerate NHT/NH lingo, you would have been safe in the context of the conversation if you followed rule #2.

You know, I made this mistake my second day here. But looking back.... Why didn't I have the common sense, or anyone for that matter, to think"Oh, maybe NHT references wouldn't be allowed on a site that prides itself in changing the stigma attatched to a tobacco waterpipe?"

Kills me sometimes.

Like, it's bad enough they didn't read the rules in the first place, but damn, there are some rules you should just have the common sense to figure out if you IDND'T read the rules.

Because if you follow any reasonable standard logic it would make sense to discuss the subject and educate people, instead of panicking and censoring like an Amish PTA mom.

But, it ain't my playground, so I follow the rules and mostly just grumble to myself in the corner.

But that's just my opinion, I may be wrong.

I agree completely. Such illogical rules and the subsequent gloating of enforcing such rules is.... well.... off-putting.... which is why I don't frequent this site much anymore. And as for the search engine issue, I think that such occurrences would actually be helpful to educate people. But what do I know. It's not for us guests to decide, I just go to other forums. This is not meant to offend, just sharing my opinion. I hope one day this forum gets better.
