New And Getting Started.

Hey guys, my name is Dan. My nicknames are Tunafish, Fatty or Stutters (I have a speech impediment. ) I'm 19 from a random tobacco farming town in Connecticut called Suffield. Not much to do in this town, hence why everyone in middle school either smokes, drinks or dips.

Interest: Cooking, music, gaming, smoking (hookah and cigarettes), driving, working on/with cars in general.

My taste in music is highly probable to differ from yours. I listen to a genre of music called Industrial which branches off into either PsyTrance, EBM or Hellectro. I've been told by my girlfriend numerous times "I didn't think people listened to this stuff outside of a rave!"

Anyways, my friend Chris and I bought a hookah about a month ago for $100. Last night I talked on TinyChat with a couple of you guys/girls, I remember, Glider, Trini, Coyote, babasomething? and some others.

I realize that we got ripped off.

I read up a little bit on some Tobacco and apparently we've been buying washed tobacco which I didn't want in the first place, so now I'll be getting AF, most likely. Got some good reviews, however I'm kind of curious on which type of hookah to buy. When we smoke we usually have a couple people over so a multihose hookah would be ideal, however I like to smoke alone as well so I was thinking about purchasing just a cheap one for myself to keep in my room. I also was unaware that hookah tobacco, or at least the kind I've been smoking lately (SB) has 0% tar which means I can smoke inside! As of late, if you couldn't tell by the pic, we've been smoking in the garage.

Anyways, I think you guys have a great community here and I don't want to tl;dr anyone so I'll wrap it up.

Shisha doesn't produce tar period, since it is not burned.
Al Fakher is also washed tobacco.
You should look into either Tangiers or Nakhla tobacco.
you should just get a nice one hoser for yourself, and let your friends smoke out of that shitty multihose.

Welcome to HF mate. Al fakher too is washed btw. If you're looking for something that packs a nicotine buzz, then go for Nakhla and Tangiers Noir line. Have fun!

Thanks dude. I just read up some stuff on how to make your own shisha, since I roll my own cigarettes I already swing by the smoke shop and cvs,

I can get a big 18oz bag for 17 bucks and some honey/glycerin over at CVS probably. Sweet.

I'm gunna try to make a strawberry tobacco, I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

Welcome to HF! If you want a good multihoser, go with a Mya. Won't let ya down. I approve what others said about what unwashed tobacco to get- Tangiers and Nakhla are awesome.

Actually that is what I listen to the most. Well that triphop and dubstep. Favorite bands are assemblidge23, nuerotic fish,nvn nation, apop, and kmfdm.

I've heard bad things about the ebony tower, The stems are wood and get ruined apparently. I'm not speaking from personal experience though so I don't really know.

Hmmm, if the stems are wood you'd need some sort of protective coating to keep the wood from getting wet, maybe if you put some furnish on it or something it'd be fine, but idk.

I just want 2 or 3 really tall decadent hookahs as a centerpiece.

If those small Mya Petite hookahs are good I might buy like 2 more and give them as a birthday gifts to friends.
