cityboyyy
have any of you noticed a difference between the two coals? heat conduction? aftertaste? length of burning ?
MrGuy
i was thinking about this. dont golden coals claim to be made for hookah smoking where apparently others are made for incense burning or something?
DizzyGuy
yeah, 3 kings is for incense... there's a market in like christian book stores and stuff... but w/e... I've had my ups and downs with both of these coals... just depends on the batch you get.
cymptom
I seem to remember the Goldens burning a little longer... but they may have been bigger, I forget.
Bleeding_Heart1
i use 3 kings without any problems. Ive use everything but japaneese. i think 3 kings are fine. If you want good coals though get natural.
Sonthert
Old three Kings don't work as well, the moisture in the air damages the gunpowder or something.
MrGuy
mmmmmmhhh gunpowder.
Barnzy02
i definitely think that the goldens are much better than 3 Kings ... i've always smoked 3 kings and i was out a local shop and they only had goldens so i bought a pack. And they seemed to burn better and longer.
