Sheesh if I move here maybe I should start an export business for HF :P

I would be a regular customer.

If getting stuff shipped from Turkey was any indicator, shipping individual items from Lebanon to the States will be stupidly expensive... Want to pay $60+ for a base?

This is Dom's Nour/Nawras on his trumpet vase:

My tray is not like that. Mine is much deeper. Refer to the pic in my post. As much as I appreciate the depth of mine, I envy Dom's because it has cool-ass etchings on it:

If you happened to bring back a nice Leb cafe stem, I'm sure you wouldnt have any trouble getting rid of it (hint hint)

Chris, I don't like Dom's setup; I still vote for the KM on the trumpet vase.

That setup looks awesome to me!
It does indeed. This has actually been my dream setup. Now I got the shank, but don't have that exact vase. So this new trumpet vase coming will be taken into serious consideration for the Nawras to match that setup as much as possible.

Brass might be harder to clean?
?

Elaborate, please.

Well.. you'd need to polish it I assume, with brass polish to keep it looking good. Great choice for a base though, I found a small mini syrian minus grommets, bowl, and hose in a discard pile and gave it to my neighbor. I'd keep it but I don't want to invest in buying all that stuff to get it up in running.. I'm happy with my nice jumbo mini.

if you do you better get a nice red boho for the OG haha
Well, of course. I'm always on the lookout for a nice red boho for my OG Tri.

Wait, I hope you're not saying I would need to use brass polish on my vase... I already polish both the OG Tri and Nawras shanks... I'm so confused, haha.

If that's your dream setup, then why all the confusion? Put it on the nawras and achieve it! The base you have for your OG tri looks awesome on it already!

I would love to see it on the syrian shank. Just the way the shank would slope down right into the slope of the trumpet vase, would look killer. Plus, the pearlescent glow fo the face would add some color to the neutral nature of gold/brass.

Vote - Syrian brass shank.
