Jesse
So I got this little windscreen at the hookah store I visited in Durban. it works great.. BUT.. there's no handle, meaning I have to daintily take it off using my tongs. I'd like to figure out how to easily and cheaply make a handle for it like the bigger and nicer ones. Jb weld a small handle bought from a home improvement store.

cotsi95
metal and rivets. Thats how i turned 2 windcovers into one so it would fit over a phunnel before the tall windcovers were available.
noodle
I had that problem once and the solution was to drill a hole in the side and screw on a wooden drawer knob. If you plan to drill into that wind cover, make sure you get a nitride-tipped bit. I was impatient and ruined an ordinary bit better suited for wood. Jesse
seeing as I can't weld, The clothes hanger option may be my best bet. Thanks guys!
UltimateHookah
The right set of tongs may work but be careful, it will get shaky and could possibly hit your coals.

[/quote] jb weld doesn't require welding. just mix compound a with compound b in a paper plate, stick the side to attach in the "weld" and then stick it to the wind cover - clamping optional. you'll be all set in a couple hours. my recommendation: just manipulate the windcover with tongs.
