Workout Results During The Semester

So at the beginning of the semester, I decided to get off my lazy ass and actually get in shape again (plus the ex breaking up with me for one of her co-workers after dating for 1.5+ years is great inspiration). I wanted to be able to run a 6 minute mile, lose 15 pounds, and get a six-pack. Since the Spring 2011 semester just ended for me (they always make it end right before Cinco de Mayo), I get to post my results.

6 Minute Mile: Check
Lose 15 pounds: Check
Six-Pack: Y'all can be the judge on that one.

I did stop smoking hookah in mid-March just because the habit wore off. But from the first week of January until then, I was smoking hookah nearly every day and whoever said smoking hookah reduces your endurance is dead wrong. I'm not going to stop training at this point but I will hopefully get back in that hookah groove once again.

Good Job! That takes lots of discipline! Keep up the good work :)

And yes, losing weight and getting in shape is much easier after a break-up... sorry to hear about your loss. But by the looks of your smile you are doing quite well!
