yeah I totally dont take offense. Buying from them is a lot like speeding: lets say youve done it for a year and never been caught, but finally you get caught. Toed the line because they have good prices, finally caught up to me.

dumbasses strike again...just got my shipping information for a package that I ordered Thursday...I clearly put my home address and they are shipping it to my old address(which no one is living there) an hour and a half away...supposed to arrive today...fuck me, I ordered a new vase and coals, I love the Kanaras and its the only place I know where to get them, if it wasn't for Kanaras I'm ready to stop giving these clowns my business

Sounds like a combination case of people not listening, language barrier (possibly) and/or playing stupid on the merchant's end(by pretending there's a language barrier). I ordered shisha from them with no problems, but since all of the complaints started popping up, I think I'll avoid them at all costs.
