Sumoninja92
I've had the pumpkin shown below for quite some time. And now I want to upgrade! I'm looking for something in the $50-$60 price range, not too fancy, and well built (no leaks). Anybody have any suggestions?
ryno
Mya QT is a good hookah and usually around 45. Looks small, but smokes great and you can fit different bowls like phunnels on them and wide gauge hoses like Nammors/Razans. All in all a good hookah for the price and you can change it between one and two hose.

Sumoninja92
Checking it out on H-S. It's $50 and with a bunch of extra stuff like Romman and Al Tawareg as well. Plus 16 Coconaras. Not bad at all. Thanks for the heads up guys!

Sumoninja92
Found it for cheaper on the same site... First I found: Mya QT Second: Econo Mya QT... Which is better? Moovey
Personally I'd go for the Mya Chic. It was my first Hookah, and it worked great until I accidentally dropped the base... I'm actually ordering a new one tomorrow. As for the Qt, I've never smoked one before, so it could be superior to the Chic.
kvtaco17
the econo's are made of aluminum and aren't as durable... go for the real thing, you'll be happier!

The smaller Nours on John's site can be had for $70 or less with shipping included, and the Nawras/Nours on HC for $90 shipped. They blow Mya's our of the water in looks, quality, and how they smoke in my opinion. I am on a strict diet for Syrians now. Spend a little more now, rather than being forced to upgrade again later. Sumoninja92
I take my hookah to a friends house every once in a while and I like the portability of the QT. Seriously looking into it!
dizzbizz
Check out Stuie's trade thread. He's getting rid of a Mya Vento and Mono which are the newer Mya models. They are extra sexy and I think he's selling them for 35.
Sumoninja92
I've heard tell that some off brand hand made egyptians are worth the money as well. Is this true? I found this one and am looking at it intently: Red Caravan Egyptian
vendetta_revived
With my limited knowledge, I can tell you that off brand is off brand...sure there are some excellent pieces you can find which don't have a brand name slapped on em, but you'd be taking a big risk doing that online. Sumoninja92
So, we're back at square one, Mya QT. lol. I'll save up for it. I have enough right now but I want to keep that for emergencies.
Chreees
Honestly I'd just get the Vento or Mono from Stuie. They'll be just as good as the QT. And you'll save money.
