I don't feel sorry for him because it was all his fault, but it is still tragic nonetheless. What really sucks about this whole situation is that his poor decision is what led to ending someone else's life. Who was the other person anyway?

he also KILLED another person through a series of poor decisions. he was famous for being on jackass, and that is pretty much all

I did not say anyone say he deserved to die.

I did say he tried hard to kill himself, then succeeded. His actions, his choices, his car, his booze, his fault, his death. See any sort of pattern in that?

Life has choices, and choices have consequences. Should anyone feel bad that some fool goes out and does something so stupid, and ends up dead? feck no! Welcome to the adult world-it's a bitch with a steep learning curve. Sometimes you do something that can not be undone, and you end up paying the price.

Over the past 15 years I have had 3 good friends killed by drunks. I have no sympathy for this jackass. drunks are involved in 45+ fatal accidents a day, 275,000 people a day sustain life altering injuries from drunks like this arse. (2006 data). The only saving grace is that he only killed one innocent person. Good thing it happened now, on a rural road. Only thing more fitting would have been for him to survive, and spend life in jail for murdering a person in his alcohol-induced stupidity.
