some say the Nammor is better than a KM hose, other people dissagree. Either way, if your KM hookah came with a KM hose, keep it. a wider hose is better. A Nammor hose will not rust. It may be called a "washable hose," but don't wash it. it will fall apart. when you smoke, sometimes vapor gets trapped in the hose when you are done smoking and it will settle and then rust a hose that has metal parts in it, like a KM hose.

The Nammor is a good product. Just treat it well or else it will fall apart. Edited by Dom

are you kidding? you can wash nammors tons of times and they dont fall apart. they are washable and a great, reliable hose. smoke settling into the hose can happen to any hose. nammor hoses are, in my opinion, better than the km hose's because there is only so much of a larger inner diameter that will make a difference because if it is smaller than the choke point of the hookah, it wont do much more. nammor is the way to go

This is a true statement. But when you wash it, try not to be too aggressive with it, ie, sling it around like a lasso in an attempt to get the moisture out. (my biggest Nammor mistake. :wallbash: lol ) However, if I were to get another Nammor, I would never wash it because the water has a possibility to loosen the glue that holds the hose together. Some people have experienced this.

I have two Nammors technically (one has been ripped apart and made into a custom hose by adding a PVC handle that has yarn wrapped around it real neat-like). They are great hoses. You can wash them, but it's not like they're invincible. Eric from Tangiers will tell you that the glue that holds ALL washable hoses together is not safe from water. Over time, the water can and will break down the glue. But, it's really not like it's going to happen after a few times of washing. You'll have to really put the hose through some serious washing to make it break down in any quick amount of time. So no worries really. I really own my Nammors because they're a wider gauge over the fact that they are washable, because I almost never wash mine (never really feel the need to). Another reason I love them is because they have non-existent hose port handles, so they just plug right into the hose port and don't add any bulkiness or weight making the hose fall out of the hose port. In my opinion, it's a very well designed and built hose. Just be careful with the washing (keep it to cold or lukewarm water to help in the breaking down of the glue), and treat it well and it should treat you well for a long time (few years at least).

Nammors are my goto. Had some for almost 4 years now. Still work great. Had a grommet come out of one. Out of the 10 I own. Highly recommend. Great hoses.

Are the newest version Nammors still stiff? I had one of the originals and I never liked that it felt stiff. It's nothing major, but it was my one complaint.

To answer Gigi, nammors are fantastic washable hoses. They are completely worth the purchase. Keep in mind if you can get a razan, narbish or KM washable hose for less money or like a certain style more, go for it. Most washables are about the same.

I prefer nammors because of the style of handle, flexibility of the hose, short hose port and overall feel during smoking. It all depends on which washable hose you like most.

Dave, no KM hose is washable... yet. The KM hoses that they were calling washable they renamed them rustproofs- the hose part is fine and can be washed, but the handle part is still made out of cardboard and will deteriorate if washed. George of HC said these were supposed to be washable but KM fubbed up. We'll see true KM washable hoses in the near future, though, he said.

nammors and razans are good. so are narbishes.

however, if you're looking for something that's almost dirt cheap but still has the great performance of the other hoses - get a nuhose - or a few.

I bought a nammor washable recently and it pulls sooo much better than my old hose because the diameter of the hose is bigger...I love it, it matches my hookah, and the small hose port is also a bonus cuz i have a small hookah, id recommend that

Yeah, buying a Nammor was one of my first upgrades after I started really getting into hookah. Couldn't believe how much more flavor I seem to be able to pull with it. Then this past weekend I added my crown micro phunnel, all I can say is wow!

Well i would say it's all about feeling. Some prefer KM hose, others Nammor. Of course the nammor has some features the KM don't , but i think you should buy one, as it's not very expensive and even if you don't like it as much as the KM, well a nammor hose is a kind of ''must-have'' , so it's definitely not wasted money! Personally i like Nammor better, but it's more a question of feeling than facts about the hose itself.
