S3cretz
Sharing a bowl with my friends Containing one of my favorite mix'es is one of the greatest felling's I know An even better feeling is telling them what that mix is so they can in turn share it. Id like to invite all the members of this forum to join in sharing their favorite mixes. Now this Is doomed to turn into a madhouse but can we at least try to have some structure to the posts. Im gonna jot down a few rules and I hope they work if anyone has a better idea feel free to share . 1. Put your mix recipes Between "quote brackets" With the recipes name being where the name of the poster would be. 2. Put the recipe first then the rest of your post maby a nice story of its conception. 3. Be concise in your recipe the idea is to share not confuse. And remember a recipe is not necessarily just the bowl. The base cooling or heating and amount of coals can also be considered part of the recipe. P.S I did a quick search And found alot of separate post's where people shared their favorite mixes. But not one collection my aim with this thread is to create e a quick mix reference. S3cretz
Peach Beechie Ingredients : Al Fhakker Gum Nakhla peach Roses Peach Tonic Some water Directions : Theres no trick to mixing the shisha here just mix about 60% AF Gum and 40% Nakhla peach and leave it in open air for a few min's so it can assimilate. While Thats going on Mix up some roses peach tonic diluted 1:2 With water fill up your vase to just above the stem and drink or save whatever's left over. Dont Cool down the base for this mix cause it seriously hinders the flavor. Pack your bowl and happy smoking. NB! : This bowl requires alot of heat seeing as AF and nakhla boil at different Temps. Dont worry about harsh tobacco though the nakhla does a wonderful job At keeping the smoke smooth. Possible Substitues : (Note that AF gum Is alot more minty than any other make when looking for a substitute) Af Gum : 20% Mizo mint / 80% Mizo Gum 40% Romman Mint/ 60% Romman Summer Crisp Tangiers 70% Blue flower/ 30% mint Nakhla Peach : Tangiers Peach Starbuzz White peach Roses Peach tonic : Any Peach Juice concentrate really Edited July 4, 2011 by S3cretz

Big Boss
Chocolate Covered Blueberries: Tangiers Cocoa and Tangiers Blueberry, or any other quality blueberry flavor. Unsure about the ratios, as I discovered it by accident. Was smoking Starbuzz Blue Mist out of my medium phunnel a few years ago. It tasted great but I just wasn't feelin' it and decided to go with Tangiers Cocoa. I ripped the foil off the bowl, scooped out the SB with my finger and packed it up with the cocoa. First pull from that bowl was damn incredible. Powerful but mellow taste of delicious cocoa, followed by the undeniable taste of blueberries. I smoked from this bowl in pure bliss for about 20 minutes until I realized I was running late for a wedding. As soon as web vendors get Tangiers Blueberry back in stock, I'm going to load up and try to recreate this awesome flavor.
