Lakemonster
IMHO.I think you are on the right track shopping Egyptian hookahs for a first. My personal suggestion would be that if you are going to buy an Egyptian, that you go with Social Smoke without question. The reason I endorse them for Egyptian hookahs is that I have found that their stuff has better fit and finish than I have seen out of other dealers. Just personal observation.I personally like my hookahs in the 24-28" range. This seems (to me) to be the height works out to be well rounded. The rotator..... ask yourself this. Will more than half of your smoke sessions be with others? I dont know first hand. but I heard thaey have inherent leak issues. I like MYA's quality. They are good stuff... but I dont really advise them as a first hookah on the basis that I think a person should really treat themselves to the "originals" (Syrian, Lebanese, Egyptian, Turkish) to own and use something that has been made that way for YEARS. cymptom
Alright... someone needs a kick in the throat Yea, I'm looking up at you, POP... don't you realize you're actually hurting your business, actin such a fool in these parts?I'd also recommend getting an Egyptian for your first hookah, unless you're looking to go straight to something small and portable, in which case I'd recommend the QT. My first hookah was an Egyptian from southsmoke.com -- I wouldn't recommend ordering one from there, as mine fell apart in more ways than one. It's still functioning... but it looks pretty ghetto with all the tape, patches and solder all over it
princesofpersia
excuse me? This is probably the most unfriendly group of people I have ever encountered on a forum. Yeah, I am looking at you cymptom. Please explain what I have done to offend you so greatly?

EvansLight
id reccomend the Orion. I just got its bigger brother, the Polaris III, and i love it. Love all the stuff that comes with the socialsmoke hookahs as well. Dont worry about getting another hose either, the one SS ships with there hookahs are awesome, it actually hits better than my cobra hose.

ghostofdavid
Yet another recommendation for the Mya QT as it is a wonderful hookah. You can also get a 7 dollar (or so) adapter to make it a two sealer hose hookah. I have smoked my QT several times with this and it works just fine. Just remember, who ever does not have the adapted side must place their thumb over the hose not in use.
Sonthert
excuse me? This is probably the most unfriendly group of people I have ever encountered on a forum. Yeah, I am looking at you cymptom. Please explain what I have done to offend you so greatly?
As I explained once or twice before, and I will expalin again, as another guy in business, like yourself. We are here to discuss the relative merits of hookahs, tobacco, accessories and the like. When one person has commercial bias, that makes their opinions suspect. When a person's opinions are suspect, it calls into question their honesty. As in life, people whom can't be trusted are usually held in suspicion or contempt, as you are finding out. If it is really such a big deal to you why people are being hostile, address what you are putting in your posts that is making people hostile. It shouldn't be too hard, we, as a group, have told you numerous times what we don;t approve of. I'll give you some free business advice, waiving my consulting fee. HookahKings owns this website, where is their name? Social Smoke, Hookah Company and HookahShisha are all large, sucessful websites...the owners aren't on here pushing their website. Never have been. Mya and Taqseem are well-respected manufacturers and their owners are on here every now and then. They don;t pretend to participate in the conversation and throw in a sales pitch. They say what they got to say. If you really care about HookahLouse, consider the content of your posts...its not helping them, bombarding us with cheaper prices dosen;t keep business. Being honest and taking care of customers does. Like I said before, you cast a pall of doubt on the honesty of the company, in my opinion. As a moderator, looking out for the rest of the people here who might be tired of having legitamit threads attacked by a hookahlouse sales pitches, tone it down.
