So I usually make bulk mixes and put them in Tupperware for later use. But I sometimes forget to label them.
And then when I smoke them again im like damm that's good! what did I put in there again ? And I cant remember.

has anything like this happened to you?

Doesn't personally happen to me as the first thing I do when I get shisha is take a big sniff of it. None of my containers are marked actually.

From then on I can almost name any flavor by smell, and next to every flavor by taste.

But I can see how it would be frustrating if you don't use my method lol

yep. i forgot to label my melon blend and summer solstice celebration by tangiers. they taste very similar. the only way i could label them correctly was a friend of mine also had melon blend and i had to compare them haha.

I can usually do that too but every now and then there's a mix with like 6 different things in it. And thats where i cant do much

I can tell by smell, but I label mine as well due to my slight OCD.

Ah yeah, see I only mix when I'm preparing a bowl. If there is leftovers that wont fully fill a bowl, ill tend to just leave them in their individual container or place it into a homemade encasing out of tinfoil to keep it wrapped until i use it.

Otherwise I don't usually have trouble, but I can see why some people do.

sounds like those bits would be perfect for "bottom of the barrel blend". When I worked in a coffee shop I'd take home the last little bits and mix them Then brew a pot when I'd accumulated a pound. Sometimes the flavors melded well, sometimes it was kuck. Edited October 6, 2011 by atalanta

Yeah, I mean I usually mix them together in the end, but it allows me to make the choice on a given day vs. just having a random mix blend.

It's worse when you smoke a single flavor and you cant remember what you just packed (even though you take a pull), yes, this has happened to me. Honestly, some flavors arent really spot on so dont blame me!
