Hookah Company Service Review

On July 10th (I good while ago) I got tired with the mitsuba tongs that I had originally recieved with my hookah and ordered a pair of Mya tongs from Hookah Company. After waiting for about 4 weeks, (I'm pretty damn patient) I still hadn't recieved my tongs! I emailed the company and got the following as a reply"We shipped the tongs via standard mail, with no tracking. We apologize as we do not have tracking and it should have been delivered by now. We will shipout another pair of tongs today along with a free sample of al amir. Thanks"Surely enough, two days ago I got the tongs and some Al Amir Grape. I havn't tried the grape yet, but I love the tongs. It's really nice to see a retailer taking pride in his business to make people happy. Honestly, I don't think a shop outside Hookah Shops have ever taken that type of responsibility for me before. YAY HOOKAH COMPANY!!

Online hookah retailers seem to be on the better end of customer service standards. Enjoy the grape, it's a blast to smoke!Ahh, but to think, somewhere out there a delivery guy has a really nice set of mya tongs...

Glad to hear everything worked out well with hooka company. I used them for my very first purchase after I received my hookah.So far, I've made purchases from 3 different venders and spoke with 2 others over the phone and have been very pleased with their friendly customer service. It does seem like they (hookah vendors)do value you as a consumer, more than other businesses I've dealt with do.
