Þröstur
So a couple of days ago I won my first eBay auction and got this nice looking hookah sent to me It is about a meter high and I think that the stem is made of brass, although I´m not sure. There are no inscriptions on it that I could find, except for the markings on the tray, and all I know about it is that it was bought in Egypt about 8 years ago. So my question is, does anyone recognize this hookah? I tried it as soon as I got it and it smokes great The Hookah The Tray The Stem And a pic of me smoking it

Chreees
Very nice hookah, man! Can you show us the tray rest, where the tray sits? That give some clue as to who made it. Most likely it's just a generic Egyptian, but a lot of those are the best hookahs you can buy! Congrats and enjoy it!
vendetta_revived
I may be wrong, but it resembles the Sultan hookahs I've seen in Secretz's thread. Þröstur
Thank you guys, I am really happy with it Vendetta, there is a resemblance with the stems, but they are not identical. Here is a picture of where the tray sits, the tray is not stuck to the hookah and is easily removed And there were some inscriptions on the handle of the hose, I have no idea what they say
vendetta_revived
Yeah I noticed that after a while after posting the link. Also, the sultans in his thread don't have a glass base. Good thing you got some inscriptions. We got a couple people here that may be able to read it. Awesome looking pipe btw.
Pirate_Freder
Nice find, seems like I always see nothing but generic junk on ebay as far as hookahs go
