Bleeding_Heart1
Ive always wanted a traditional irianian/turkish hookah. If someone wants to go in with me we can get 2 small ones and split the cost of shipping:)
cymptom
Nice find man, there are some really unique pieces there that you don't see on American sites. The vases are beautiful and some of the hoses look ridiculously huge.
ioannisds
Goddamn you Lake for sucking the money out of my Paypal account. I am THIS CLOSE to picking one of these up. I'm waiting for an e-mail back regarding the cost of shipping. I really like how unique a lot of these look (not the usual Egyptian/Mya/etc we usually see around here).EDIT: Holy crap, I did not see that shipping cost list up there. I was thinking I could pick one of these up on the cheap, but it looks like shipping might cost just as much as the hookah. Like I need another one anyway... I'll post pics when it gets done and shows up at my house. It will be, um, very Greek . I just have a feeling it will be so sweet I will be afraid to get it out and use it regularly . Maybe just for special occasions. I guess I am just looking for another beater, and these Turkish ones seem to fit the bill. And yeah, those evil eyes are a part of Greek/Mediterranean culture. More superstition now really. Old Greek ladies pin them to newly baptized children, or those who have not been baptized, to ward off the evil eye of THE DEVIL . Basically like a good luck charm... Sonthert
I know that brand, I think. The silver ones are plain steel that rusts real easily. The gauge of the metal is thin and cheap, the hose ports are very slender, making putting a standard hose in very difficult. That site is way overpriced. HookahCompany has been selling 3' tall ones for $20 and all the get is complaints.
