I actually like the second track we've done so far alot better, and we're working on more now. I have four other producers I'm working with as well so 2012 should be a pretty prolific year for me. I read your "interests" section and just had to listen You have a really interesting speech pattern - makes your song stand out - as in if I were to hear your music playing randomly somewhere, I'd take notice and listen to it. Really some of the best I've ever heard, easily. There's a lot of "music" out there that's just a filler or boring. You're stuff is very interesting. Catchy, enjoyable, creative. I'll post the City Tarry lyrics when the EP is released, speaking of which: Just had my last major recording session for the effort yesterday I think it's turning out really well. My vocal tech lost his studio space so we had to do it in house but I think the quality is negligible between his ear and my producers mastering skills. Initial tracks were remastered, sound even better now quality-wise. Everything's recorded except one track, the emcee guesting on it couldn't make the session yesterday. Artwork has been revised for the cover too, haven't seen it yet though. As soon as the tracks are in I'm gonna have alot to manage, so much to do, so glad to have talented, kind, and supportive friends to help me out. Gonna have to arrange the album, pick a track to shoot a video for, storyboard and start SHOOTING the video, set up a photoshoot (thinking the old abandoned Packard plant in Detroit, lots of great decay and graf), research CD pressing costs, get on t-shirt and sticker design...Fun shit. Yesterday I went into my day job after the session and thought, "Wtf am I doing here? I was just at work! The work I actually enjoy..." Gotta pay the bills, the pains of being a creative-type. So "Levitate This" is gonna be dropping pretty damn soon. I'll post the links for shit as it goes down of course. Excited to get it done, I've got 3 more EP's in motion with three other dope producers. Wish I had more time to focus on this all, but we'll get there! Love you. PEACE.
