htdsngup
Any idea of how the coals will work with Tangiers?
yashman19
Very great reviews, it was nice to read something more than just reviews on tobacco. I've tried a ton of Amir flavors, but never mint, so based on your rating, I might have to give it a shot, especially since I'm not a big fan of overpowering mints. As for a quick fix for the hose, just take a piece of paper towel and soak it in water, wrench all of the water out so its not just moist and damp, wrap it around the hose end and jam it in. I used to do this in the past when the hose I was using kept tearing all of my hose grommets.
MrGuy
for a slightly longer term fix for the hose thing, try wrapping different kinds of sellotape round the end.
Anpu
good review. Please let us know how long the coals last once you get some longer smoke sessions with em. Under 7 bucks for a kilo of em sounds pretty enticing for the quality you're describing.
cymptom
Thanks for reviewing the hose, I've had my eye on that baby for a while. I might just have to make the purchase soon...
Guest Abide
Yeah i love both of my wide mya's. I didnt really think they would be that much bigger till i got em. I have some rather large blue gaskets from HC but they are kind of a harder rubber and while they do seal fine, they will randomly pop out. its really weird! Its still the smoothest pull ive ever had.
Glottis
Yeah, I will definitely give the coals and probably the shisha a more thorough testing.
Any idea of how the coals will work with Tangiers?
I dunno, I assume they would. Actually, Tangiers tobacco requires less heat than normal, right? One thing I noticed about the coals is that evne with two large ones on I was only barely burning the tobacco, so they might be a little lower heat than Nour style, and therefore perfectly good for Tangiers. I have some Tangiers strawberry and I might try it, but I really hate the stuff. No offense, Tangiers, I'm just destroyed by the buzz.
cymptom
Is there anyone who has used both the Wide Mya and the Tundora hoses that can compare the two?
cityboyyy
anyone use the wide mya hose with the qt? i was wondering if it would fit well with the grommets or if it will be a problem to jam it in ?
cymptom
Considering that both are made by Mya, I assumed that it would fit fine. I guess you never know though... the bowl doesn't even fit snug unless I double up with 2 grommets.
Glottis
In the description on the link I posted, it says that it is for medium to large hookahs, so I wouldn't expect it to fit. I have a hookah thats close to 3 feet tall and it hardly fits, heh.

There are nights when everyone is a little clumsy from the buzz, including me, and there's other nights when small girls can smoke for hours with no effects. No offense taken. cymptom
Tangiers... this may be blasphemy, but have you ever considered making a "light" line of tobacco? I guess using washed tobacco? 9/10 of the people who don't like Tangiers, don't like it because it's too strong. I myself enjoy the buzz MOST of the time, but there are times I wish I could smoke a lighter tobacco with that Kashmir Peach taste
I should just put some outside now, and smoke it in a couple days. That way we can eliminate humidity as the problem. Hopefully it will be great, I want to like your stuff.
