What I Need To Do..

[b]I Need to know how to make a shisha with good taste[/b]
[b]I go alaways to bar with hookah and the taste of hookah is grate is "double apple" , i have a same hookah like the bars i put "double apple" and "lemon charcoal" and still .. is not like the bars[/b]

Maybe the way your packing your bowl is different when your at home? Are you using the same hose?
Also maybe yours needs a good cleaning or something.

1) If you are using an Egyptian bowl, I usually pack it a little but fluffy and over the rim like this: http://www.hookahforum.com/topic/41285-how-to-pack-a-standard-egyptian-bowl/
- Once you have your bowl foiled and hole punched, try to suck from the bottom of the bowl to make sure you are getting good airflow

2) MAke sure the lemon coal is completely red all the way through, then let it sit for a minute or two before putting it on the bowl. ( With an egyptian, I use 2 coals on the edges and 3 with a phunnel)

3) The stem should be around 1/2" to an 1" under water

4) Make sure your hookah is clean

Depending on the brand of DA you're using, try running a paper towel under some water and dabbing it a little.
