Stuie
So I cleaned a couple of my hookahs yesterday. (1 KM and 1 Nammor) I use the bathtub to clean the stems and everything else in the kitchen sink. I was putting them together again after a day of air drying and realized I was missing ball bearing. No worries. I have tons of air soft BBs. Realized this evening my garbage disposal sounded awful, then stopped working. Obviously the ball bearing fell down the garbage disposal. After an hour of taking apart the disposal and finding what was stuck (I really thought it was one of sons little spoons) I got that blasted BB out. Lesson Learned: Bearings don't go near the sink.
Chreees
I have dropped my bearings down the garbage disposal a good many times. Then comes the fun part of fishing it out with my hand... Luckily I've always found them.
Coyote
Could u just use a vacuum to pull it out?
Skoozle
Here's a mechanics tip about reaching small parts that are hard to get at: Cover the end of the vacuum hose with a pair of nylon stockings and with the vacuum running, small parts will be held against the stocking. Like vacuuming up the part, but it doesn't get lost in your dirt bin. I always get nervous about sticking my hand in the garbage disposal. Another cleaning tip is to bend the base brush in the middle to reach into the corners of the base.

Stuie
Couldn't just pull it. It was wedged between the chamber wall and the rotator.
