bnt133
Anyone from NJ know the laws regarding opening a hookah bar in NJ. I have read in the New Jersey Smoke free air act and it states something like you are unable to open a hookah bar if you didn't exist before 2004. Does anyone know any way around these laws? Bawhee
Since I assume you are older than 8 years old, you have existed since before 2004, therefore you can open one On a more serious note, it seems to me (based purely on observation, no certain facts here) that you can only allow smoking outside but if its specific that you cant open a hookah bar then even that might not be good enough... lunare
I know of at least one hookah lounge in NJ that has opened since then (early 2010), but it may depend on where you plan to open it. Edited February 13, 2012 by lunare
