Some flavors are more gooey than others... could it be that? Or are you noticing that there is a change in gooeyness in the same flavor?

change in the overall texture . Like with normal acclimation its considerably wet, but this method makes it gooey , not its not a bad thing actually makes packing it in my Egyptian easier . just a simple observation and see if other have similar or the same results . Information gathering on a video im planning

Interesting. I didn't notice it but maybe since you are squishing the tobacco too and not just stirring it. Maybe once it settles it will go back to normal. I'll keep on eye on the next pack a squish.

My other thought is that you just have real strong hands...

I havn't noticed a difference in the texture when I have squished - acclimated a package of Tangiers other than it being well mixed and ready to be used. It is is possible that some flavors molasses maybe gooey-er in comparison to other flavors like Coyote has said.

I believe this is why it seems different. You're really working the juices into the tobacco by squishing it with your hands. Makes sense to me.

I've also found this to be very true in the many Tangiers flavors I've had. One flavor will be swimming in juices, whereas another I open will not be very juicy at all. Different flavors call for slightly different mixtures perhaps and this results in the variations of juices. I dunno for sure, just speculation.
