joytron
When I try to go directly to HF on chrome it opens an apache webpage and tells me to contact the admin.
DrSmokes
Are you using www. or not? I've seen that cause issues for various sites in the past. Sometimes it's just an issue with the server/ISP's and is resorted within 24 hours.

Stuie
It's your ISP's DNs Server. I have no issues with it. Change your IP Settings and set your DNS Servers to public ones like google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 There are a lot more if you don't want googles just do a search for them.
