It's your ISP's DNs Server.

I have no issues with it.

Change your IP Settings and set your DNS Servers to public ones like google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

There are a lot more if you don't want googles just do a search for them.

I have no idea what that means, but I have a feeling just remembering to type www. is a whole lot easier.
