MrGuy
A new shisha bar has opened in my local town (huddersfield.) I've not been yet but i spoke to a friend who has, and they said it's nicer than Arya (currently the only one in the town) but the staff arn't as friendly.I can understand how it's nicer, Arya use El Basha shisha. but Arya is really REALLY friendly. i see it more as a second home lol. the staff are more like friends and families.I've walked past, on first impressions, it seems a lot more modern. more like a cafe. i think it's called "brunch n bubbles" or something. I think i'm off there this weekend with my ex, so i'll give you all a little review later.
MrGuy
Just got back from it. i'll copy and paste a short review i did to a friend of it:here's a short review by moi....well it's okay. they us AF (al fakher tobacco) which is known to be pretty good quality, but quite expensive. its £5 for shisha there. they dont have a big range of flavours (about 5 - 8 i'd say) but the smoke is a lot tastier. it isnt as thick though they also use natural coals. u dont get to control ur own coals, they just put thm on and leave thm. they also put too much water in the base, so the draw is quite hard. it's a tasty smoke but not as fun as arya.in terms of atmosphere. it feels more like a "quick stop and lunch" sort of place. it's quite friendly, but not as personal. it feels very modern.in terms of food and stuff, i didn't have any food, but milkshake and hot chocolate. both were nice. the milkshake was gorgeous, you could tell it was fresh made with fruit.it's nice. a place i would go if i wanted a quick stop and lunch. but i'd prefer arya reallly. i think it appeals to a different audience.bear in mind, that was written over msn, so it's shorthand. sorry all you literature nazi's!!
