3rooker
So, after jumping on a Tangiers 7ico from 5star, I decided I guess I should bite the bullet and just get the damn hookah purchase over with, so I can enjoy the bowl . I'm going to end up with more than one hookah anyways, just need a place to start. So, with money a little tight after I make my bike payment at the first of May, I'm going to go with a Farida over a KM, though I'll eventually get a KM, just can't decide on which one And, Elmas is growing on me too, so, I'll probably pick one of those up as well lol. But, for now, I decided I'm going to place my order with Emir. I'll probably be placing it next week after my bike payment clears. I'm planning on the big box of CCN, a can of Starbuzz, since i have a gas stove I'm getting an electric coil, and the Farida Zanouba Getting the Tangiers 7ico with Kashmir Guava, Tropical Revenge, and Old School Watermelon. I might get an additional hose but not sure which. I was thinking just a Tonic washable just for ease of use but may hold off. Hose suggestions welcome Image courtesy of NazarHookah.com
Chreees
Excellent choice of hookah, good sir! And the #7 phunnel is basically the same size as a Tangiers Mini Phunnel (a tad smaller) from a comparison mavsfan did on .us, so enjoy owing that rarer bowl (more rarer than the Pico will end up being most likely) as well. Judy Oma
That is a beautiful Farida, I've heard good things about them and the quality may be better than is found on at least some of the new KM's. I purchased a new model KM early this year and am so disappointed with it that I don't even use it. With some of the flavors you are getting a second hose may not be a bad idea, the kashmir line likes to ghost hoses, and if you are a fan of washable hoses they are all pretty similar. Fancy hoses are a good option, I don't mind them and keep a few on hand. They're washable and disposable when you finally wear the hose out, and at a few dollars a hose, a good deal. Epoch
I think that stock Farida hose is waaaay cooler than any disposable washable hose. Looks like a great setup!
KasbahBazaar
Faridas are hit or miss from my personal experience, hence why we have them on clearance and wont be carrying them anymore. I had a handful of stems that had not just damage from shipping, but blatant manufacturing flaws. I do, however, have a very discerning eye when looking for these things since the last thing I want to do is send a customer a brand new heavy brass stem with a miswelded 30* off downstem that hits the vase every time you try to put it in... But if you get a good one, and I mean the vendor cares enough and actually takes the time to look over the stem carefully and send you a good one, then they are solid hookahs. 3rooker
so enjoy owing that rarer bowl (more rarer than the Pico will end up being most likely) as well.
That's why I bought it before the pipe. I wanted to have it, and if I ever decide to sell it, someone will pay good money for it haha, but it will go into the collection and be like a boho...makin people jealous haha
That is a beautiful Farida, I've heard good things about them and the quality may be better than is found on at least some of the new KM's.
That's what I've heard with the new KMs. I really had a tough choice but it all came down to money, and money dictates the Farida, plus I was leaning that way anyways. The ghosting is why I want a completely washable hose. The hose that comes with it is badass, but I don't want to destroy it so quickly Thanks for the hose suggestions I'll check them out
I think that stock Farida hose is waaaay cooler than any disposable washable hose.
Yeah the hose is badass I just want something for more normal use so that hose doesn't get ghosted
