Chreees
Hello and welcome to Hookah Forum! You have come to the right place for good info on what and where to buy. Okay, so as far as brands go, I would focus on a few that are reputable and have rarely let HF members down. Al Nawras (Syrian), Khalil Mamoon (Egyptian), Farida (Egyptian), Elmas (Turkish), and Mya Saray (only Chinese brand I'd ever buy that is good, but sounds like you already have your own opinion on them) are all good brands that I personally trust, as I know many others here do as well. For what sites to check out, here's a good list, in no particular order: NazarHookah.com 5StarHookah.com Kasbah.us UltimateHookah.com Hookah-Shisha.com HookahCompany.com (Basically same as H-S, since they are now owned by H-S) I'm not sure what you mean by wanting a copper one. Some hookahs come with copper downstems. I think Khalil Mamoon makes a copper hookah now, which I saw on 5Star. Might want to check that out. Solid brass seems to be all the craze these days. But yeah, as long as you stick to the brands listed above, you're guaranteed to get something that is quality and should last you many years to come with proper care. Just browse those sites, find what you like, and go for it. If you want to post up what catches your fancy, we'd be more than willing to help you with any questions you may have. Again, welcome to HF, and hope you enjoy your time here.

Judy Oma
Copper hookahs are not commonly available and as Chrees said, brass may be a better option for you. One of the first things you'll want to decide is the style (egyptian, syrian, turkish, lebanese etc) that you prefer, and go from there.

Epoch
I think most Farida pipes have a copper pipe inside the brass "body" of the shaft.
CO_hookah
This is the current hookah I have: http://5starhookah.com/Khalil-Mamoon-Pharonie-KMPMS.htm The downstem is copper, and I highly recommend it! I love this pipe. Not too terrible of a price either...
