Pavo21
well yah in time its like anything just takes your body getting used to and have you tried just inhaling longer? there is a proper way of breathing which helps get you clouds but as long as you get flavor and some clouds i wouldn't worry about it. Clouds dont need to be monster size as long as you're enjoying it, what would it matter.

-When you pull, focus on expanding your chest as your breathe in, and think about filling the bottom part of your lungs up
Actually, you'd want to focus on contracting your diaphragm. Most people breathe incorrectly day to day, let alone smoking. If you use your diaphragm, you can fill your lungs up more and quicker. This is what Pavo is talking about when he says to breathe it into your stomach. You aren't actually breathing into the stomach, you are just contracting your diaphragm (which drops it parallel with your abdominal cavity), which makes it look like your stomach is expanding. Chest breathing is harder on the body and causes more stress on your accessory muscles (leading to things like headaches).

As far as books, just let me know what you are interested in and I can bring some over.
DrSmokes
Like the others have said, good heat management. Look through the guides on the site to see how others are doing it. Try it and then modify it to what works best for you. Also, taking longer slower breaths always helped me in the beginning. But then again, I knew nothing about heat management, was using quicklites and burning the crap out of the tobacco. I now know better and have much much better sessions.
