Hole In Hookah Vase

Recommended Posts

Is this fixable? If yes how? I would do anything to fix this vase. I bought it from lebanon and it broke when i was traveling.

Here's the pic of the hole.

Ouch! That sucks man. From the picture, I am guessing that it is a bell shaped vase? They are very common (no disrespect meant...just that I see a lot of blue bell shaped vases here), so if you can show us a full picture, may be someone could help you find something similar? or even the same if you're lucky?

About fixing it, I can't think of any way on the top of my head. You may want to contact Santino of Crownhookahs.com. The guy is like a magician with glass, and he is a stand up guy. Always down to help if he can, and if there is any way to fix that vase, you can bet that he will know about it.

It is probably not fixable. Best bet is to find a replacement vase. They're relatively easy to come by and can be had for 10 to $20 for generic vases. Looking online there are many sites that just sell the vases by themselves

Yes they're very common but the design is not. i bought it for the writing that's on it. I will check the site out. Thank you!

I'm gonna buck the trend. If you can find someone who does glass blowing they might have some suggestions. Check a crafts guild or (strange as it may sound) a bead group. They'll have access to lampworkers which are people who work with molten glass. You may not be able to fix it, but it never hurts to try.
