skiracerj1 Posted August 26, 2006 Share Posted August 26, 2006 I have to add my name to the satisfied customer list, I ordered three boxes of coals from them, and because of some shipping issues it got delayed a day, but unlike other companies that just say it was processing I got a personal email from Billy telling me about it. He accidentally sent me the wrong tracking number though so I called him up and he was very friendly and got me the real number even though it was on his lunch hour ( damn time zone thing). And then to top it all off he included a box of nahkla double apple and a pumpkin hookah for free!!! This in addition to cheap prices on both product and shipping!
